That’s right, but we’ve kept pace with the times so that everything in the area is up-to-date.

Do you have security for the community?
Yes, we have a full-time security staff on duty 24-hours a day. The area also has a full time management and maintenance staff for the convenience of owners.
Will there be room for my boat and jet ski?
There 220 slips in our marina under the direction of a Marina Board. Slips are leased by condo owners and there will be room for your water craft.
Are the majority of owners “full time residents”?
No, actually about ____% of the owners reside there full time. There are owners from the Kansas City and St. Louis areas as well as throughout the Midwest.
